OBJECT OF PAGE ONE: The object of Page One is to be the first player to empty their hand of cards.

MATERIALS: A standard deck of 52 cards, one joker, and a flat surface.

OVERVIEW OF PAGE ONE

Page One is a war card game for 2 to 6 players. The object of the game is to be the first player to play out all the cards from your hand.

SETUP

The dealer is chosen at random. They will 먹튀검증사이트 the deck and deal each player, clockwise, a hand of 4 cards. The remaining cards form the stockpile.

Card Ranking

The ranking for the game is Joker (high), Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (low).

GAMEPLAY

The player to the dealer’s left starts the game. They may lead any card they wish to the trick. All other players must follow suit if able. If a player cannot follow suit they must draw, one card at a time, from the stock until they can play to the trick.

Once each player has played a card to the trick the highest-ranked card played wins the trick. The cards from the trick are all discarded to the side in a pile and the winner leads to the next trick.

If the stockpile runs out all the previously discarded cards are shuffled and form a new stockpile. If you cannot draw from the stockpile and there are not any previously played tricks to form a new stockpile the game immediately ends in a draw.

The joker is playable to all tricks and will always win. If led, then the joker will win the trick, and the second player to play to the trick can play any card of any suit which the following players will have to follow the suit of.

When a player plays a card and only has one card left in hand, they must say page one out loud. If a player does not do this before the next card is played to the trick by the next player, they must draw 5 cards from the stockpile.

END OF GAME

The game ends when a player plays the last card from their hand to a trick. They have won the game.
